- Assist in daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop (e.g. product uploads, price/stock updates)
- Support basic ad campaign monitoring (Shopee Ads / Lazada Ads / TikTok Ads) – e.g. check budget, performance
- Help organize and prepare sales/ad reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Track promotions, campaign performance, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with customer service/logistics
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies, E-Commerce or any related field.
- Required minimum 1 years of experience in e-commerce industry.
- Experienced in operating on one or more ecommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktokshop etc.)
- Able to use Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, table formatting)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce ads (can check data/reporting)
- Fast, organized & great attention to details.
- Strong communication skills, great working attitude, good problem-solving skills & willingness to learn
- Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
