Job Description

  

Role Purpose

Drive online revenue growth by activating and managing KOLs through social commerce selling programs. Translate sales strategies into high-performing creator collaborations across key social platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee and LZD as well as shopify partnerships. Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and post-sales reporting to maximize visibility, revenue, conversion, and sell-through across all social commerce channels. 

 
 

Ways of Working

Weekly: Partner updates, livestream calendar review, risk/issue log, stock readiness, performance pulse. Monthly: KOL/livestream sales report, calendar lock, post-mortems. Quarterly: Review of KOL roster, performance ranking, strategy refresh. 

30–60–90 Day Success

30d: Map current KOLs, partners, and livestream pipeline; audit existing scripts/bundles; identify quick wins. 60d: Run 3–5 successful livestream/KOL activations with clean OTIF and solid reporting. 90d: Deliver consistent sales uplift via optimized roster, improved mechanics, and standardized playbooks; close loop on post-mortems with measurable improvements.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

KOL & Livestream Sales Activation

  • Own end-to-end coordination of KOL live selling and livestream sessions — sourcing, pitching, briefing, scheduling, performance tracking.
  • Execute a consistent cadence of brief → plan → go-live → review with all hosts and partners.
  • Maintain and track monthly livestream calendars, including product focus, bundles, promo codes, and selling scripts.

Partner & Platform Management

  • Build strong working relationships with KOLs, agencies, livestream hosts, and all platform account managers (TikTok, Shopee, IG, YouTube, Lazada Groupbuy, Shopify partners).
  • Secure live slots, negotiate rates, and coordinate product seeding, samples, or content needs.
  • Ensure OTIF delivery of stocks, assets, offer mechanics, landing pages, and livestream supporting materials.

Sales Execution & Operations

  • Track sales KPIs during and after each live session: traffic, viewers, add-to-cart, conversion, GMV, ROI.
  • Coordinate bundle setup, promo mechanics, affiliate codes, and platform incentives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative teams to ensure readiness for every go-live.

Campaigns, Product Launches & Groupbuys

  • Support the rollout of new product launches via KOL live selling, groupbuys, and collaborative campaigns.
  • Manage Groupbuy selling cycles — opening, hosting updates, community engagement, and closing.
  • Facilitate Shopify collaboration flow from inquiry → proposal → delivery → consolidation of sales.

Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Consolidate livestream performance into a monthly sales report with insights, wins, misses, and actions.
  • Conduct post-mortems within T+10 working days, highlighting learnings and playbook improvements.
  • Maintain dashboards across livestreams, KOL performance, sales uplift, and cost efficiency.

Other Duties

  • Support sales team operations where required.
  • Contribute as a strong, proactive team player with a “growth and hustle” mindset. 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • ≥1 year experience in KOL management, livestream sales, ecommerce sales, or influencer commerce.
  • Understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, IG Live, YouTube Live, Lazada Groupbuy, and Shopify partnership workflows.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with fast-moving sales environments; metrics-driven with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint; Canva a plus.
