Role Purpose
Drive online revenue growth by activating and managing KOLs through social commerce selling programs. Translate sales strategies into high-performing creator collaborations across key social platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee and LZD as well as shopify partnerships. Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and post-sales reporting to maximize visibility, revenue, conversion, and sell-through across all social commerce channels.&nbsp;

Ways of Working
Weekly: Partner updates, livestream calendar review, risk/issue log, stock readiness, performance pulse. Monthly: KOL/livestream sales report, calendar lock, post-mortems. Quarterly: Review of KOL roster, performance ranking, strategy refresh.&nbsp;
30–60–90 Day Success
30d: Map current KOLs, partners, and livestream pipeline; audit existing scripts/bundles; identify quick wins. 60d: Run 3–5 successful livestream/KOL activations with clean OTIF and solid reporting. 90d: Deliver consistent sales uplift via optimized roster, improved mechanics, and standardized playbooks; close loop on post-mortems with measurable improvements.&nbsp;
