Job Description

1. Project Coordination & Execution

• Assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities and timelines 
• Follow up on project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule 
• Support communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams 
• Provide regular updates on project status and milestones 

2. Costing & Documentation

• Assist in preparing quotations, costing, and variation orders (VO) 
• Handle invoicing and ensure proper documentation of project-related records 
• Maintain organized project files, contracts, and documentation 

3. Supplier & Contractor Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for materials and services 
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and site requirements 
• Ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved in the project 

4. Administrative & Reporting Support

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project summaries 
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation compliance 
• Support ad-hoc project and administrative tasks when required

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or interior design/renovation industry 
• Basic knowledge of costing, quotations, or QS-related tasks is preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general documentation tools 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible 
• Able to follow up independently and manage multiple tasks 
• Good communication and coordination skills 
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
