Job Description
Project & Site Coordination:
Manage interior fit-out projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Quality & Safety Control:
Ensure all fit-out works follow approved ID drawings, specifications, and safety requirements, maintaining high workmanship standards.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with clients, interior designers, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth communication and project execution.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, site records, progress photos, and reports for tracking and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
3–4 years of relevant experience in site or project management, preferably within interior fit-out, renovation, or construction works. - Technical Knowledge:
Good understanding of ID drawings, construction details, materials, and work schedules. - Project & Site Management:
Able to manage site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and support timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.
