Customer Service
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li>
<li>Provide product information, recommendations, and support to enhance the customer experience.</li>
</ul>
Sales &amp; Transactions
<ul>
<li>Process purchases accurately via Point of Sale (POS) systems or manual methods where applicable.</li>
</ul>
Merchandise &amp; Area Upkeep
<ul>
<li>Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal of the assigned sales area, display, or store.</li>
<li>Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and neatly arranged at all times.</li>
</ul>
Cash &amp; Payment Handling
<ul>
<li>Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.</li>
<li>Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies promptly.</li>
</ul>
Stock Management
<ul>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of low, fast-moving, or out-of-stock items.</li>
<li>Assist with restocking, stock checks, and basic inventory tracking as required.</li>
</ul>
Product Knowledge
<ul>
<li>Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and key selling points.</li>
<li>Communicate product benefits clearly and accurately to customers.</li>
</ul>
Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Submit daily sales, stock, and operational reports as required</li>
<li>Flag any issues, customer feedback, or operational concerns to the supervisor</li>
</ul>
Hygiene &amp; Safety (where applicable)
<ul>
<li>Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs at all times, especially when handling products or interacting closely with customers.</li>
</ul>
