We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in a busy and elegant jewellery store. As a key member of the sales team, you will provide exceptional service to customers, assist in sales, and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard at all times.

What's your role?

• Customer Experience Champion: Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by engaging with customers
• Product Knowledge & Consultation: Build strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers with informed and personalised guidance
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and compliance requirements
• Security Awareness: Follow strict security protocols including proper handling procedures and vigilance during transactions

Job Requirements

 Who We’re Looking For :

• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet customer demands
• Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy helping people and delivering a high-end customer experience with patience and enthusiasm
• Professional & Trustworthy: Discreet, honest, and reliable—essential qualities when dealing with luxury goods and customer trust
• Sales-Driven: Motivated by achieving personal and store targets, and confident in offering add-on products or services
• Previous Experience: Background in retail or customer service (jewellery or retail, but not essential with the right attitude)
