You will drive
menu innovation, operational strategy, and team development, playing a pivotal role in transforming an ambitious culinary vision into a thriving reality.

Job Requirements

 ✨ What You’ll Do:
- Develop, test, and refine recipes and menu items through R&D.
- Run daily kitchen operations
- Lead and train the kitchen team
- Monitor food cost, minimize wastage, and ensure profitability.
- Establish systems to ensure food consistency and quality at scale.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
