Job Description

 

  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints through calls and emails.
     
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
     
  • Assist customers with bookings, appointments, and general support.
     
  • Record and update booking details accurately in the system.
     
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
     
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (Call Centre experience is an advantage).
     
  • Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese / Mandarin & English (Read, Speak & Write).
     
  • Computer literate and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
     
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
