<li>Sales-Driven Campaigns: Plan and execute creative digital marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Google Ads) to generate high-quality leads for property projects.</li>
<li>Creative Content &amp; Design: Produce visually compelling posts, banners, and short videos (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Turn ideas into eye-catching content!</li>
<li>Performance Tracking: Analyze and optimize results (leads, CPL, ROI); provide insights to improve campaigns.</li>
<li>Lead Management: Ensure all leads are assigned and followed up by sales—helping turn opportunities into success.</li>
<li>Market Research &amp; Site Visits: Visit project sites, spot market trends, and capture great stories for your campaigns.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with project &amp; sales teams, supporting both online and offline promotions.</li>
