What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Craft engaging content across multiple platforms, including: Ad copies that convert, Landing page content to boost sign-ups and sales, Video scripts &amp; storyboard for Ads, headlines, banners, and creative concepts for campaigns.</li>
<li>Plan, manage, and optimize full- funnel online paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, XHS, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.</li>
<li>Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.</li>
<li>Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.</li>
<li>Build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end digital campaigns—from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.</li>
<li>Analyze performance data and generate insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Collaborate internally with creatives and video editors to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized content.</li>
<li>Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns fresh and ahead of the curve.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with the latest platform trends and ad policies to ensure all campaigns are compliant.</li>
<li>Work with project team to understand client goals and translate them into effective digital strategies.</li>
<li>Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!)</li>
