Job Description

1. To assist the IT Manager in the implementation of guidelines and procedures for the IT Dept.
2. To assist the IT Manager in providing relevant support and back-up assistance for software development for the Company.
3. To undertake maintenance works for all hardware in the Company.
4. To provide basic technical assistance and advice to users when dealing with faulty software and hardware.
5. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior

Job Requirements

1. Possess Diploma/Certificate in Computer Studies and/or Software Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 – 4 years’ working experience in a similar capacity preferably from a building and construction industry.
3. Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
5. Computer knowledge in PC troubleshooting and software development.
6. Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
