Job Description
1) Performing hardware and software installation procedure.
2) Provide support in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
3) Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
4) Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
5) Managing technical documentation.
6) Assist to identify computer equipment SWAP requirements when necessary.
7) Provide customers with on-going assistance in their information technology problem.
8) Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
9) Perform others IT Technical and Support duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of PC and Laptop hardware functions, is a must.
- Able to lift and move IT equipment to loading vehicles and to customer sites.
- Able to travel within Klang Valley to support customers as needed.
- Have a strong attitude to learn, excel in job assignments, and get rewarded
