We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing execution, ensuring continuity, quality, and performance across campaigns, content, and reporting.
This role is execution-led, independent, and hands-on. You will play a key role in stabilising and running day-to-day digital marketing operations, while contributing insights and observations to support decision-making.

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
1. Own End-to-End Digital Marketing Execution
<ul>
<li>Independently manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, content publishing, campaigns, and paid media</li>
<li>Ensure outputs are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time</li>
</ul>
2. Translate Direction into Execution Plans
<ul>
<li>Convert approved ideas and directions into clear execution plans, content calendars, and deliverables</li>
<li>Manage priorities and timelines with minimal supervision</li>
</ul>
3. Paid Media Execution &amp; Performance Monitoring
<ul>
<li>Execute and monitor paid media campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads)</li>
<li>Identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Escalate insights and recommendations for review and approval</li>
</ul>
4. Reporting Ownership &amp; First-Layer Insights
<ul>
<li>Prepare and own performance reports across:</li>
<ul>
<li>Social media platforms</li>
<li>Google Analytics (GA)</li>
<li>SEO / SEM tools (e.g. SEMrush or equivalent)</li>
</ul>
<li>Provide structured data and first-layer observations to support performance review</li>
</ul>
5. Execution-Level Coordination &amp; Quality Control
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with designers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution</li>
<li>Handle execution-level client follow-ups once direction is approved</li>
<li>Ensure all outputs align with agreed objectives and brand guidelines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ideas, suggestions, and observations are welcomed and encouraged</li>
<li>Final direction, solution framing, and strategic ownership sit with senior leadership</li>
