<p><strong>Overview: </strong><br>As a Business Development(Channel Sales) Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and channels to drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of channel sales strategies, relationship management, and the ability to drive new business opportunities through collaborative partnerships.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Channel Partner Management:</li>
</ol>

<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.</li>
<li>Identify potential channel partners and manage the onboarding process.</li>
<li>Ensure partners are well-equipped with the tools, training, and support to drive sales success.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. Business Development:</p>
<ul>
<li>Identify new business opportunities by exploring untapped markets and potential partners.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop and execute channel strategies.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities for growth.</li>
</ul>
<p>3. Sales &amp; Revenue Growth:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets through channel partners.</li>
<li>Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to management on KPIs,targets, and pipeline development.</li>
<li>Drive partner-led sales initiatives and support the sales cycle to maximize conversion and revenue.</li>

<p>4. Channel Strategy &amp; Program Management:</p>

<li>Define and implement channel programs and initiatives aimed at increasing channel partner engagement and sales performance.</li>
<li>Create and deliver sales and marketing collateral to support channel partners &amp; sales efforts.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment between partner goals and company objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p>5. Training &amp; Support:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners on products, services, and sales strategies.</li>
<li>Organize workshops, webinars, and seminars to enhance partner knowledge and sales effectiveness.</li>
</ul>
<p>6. Relationship Building:</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.</li>
<li>Resolve partner issues promptly and professionally, ensuring the best possible partner experience.</li>
</ul>
<p>7. Reporting &amp; Analysis:</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and report on the performance of the channel sales strategy and campaigns.</li>
<li>Analyze partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.</li>
</ul>
