It's a chance to be part of something special.We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Excellence Manager to enable business delivery by managing a highly competitive and complex trade structure across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. You'll manage a competitive trade structure and enable best-in-class processes.Key Responsibilities: Data &amp; Analytics in Core Commercial Cycle<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all secondary reporting and insights. This includes managing data from Nielsen, scan sales, inventory management, MSL, and sell-in/sell-out trends. Additionally, oversee e-commerce metrics and the management of the distributor system.</li><li>Responsible for channel forecasting, which involves predicting sell-in volumes using Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and sell-out trends to ensure accurate inventory levels and meet market demands.</li></ul>Trade Promotion &amp; Pricing<ul><li>Act as the key point of contact for tracking mailers and analyzing competition. This includes evaluating promotional activities to ensure they are effective and align with company goals.</li><li>Serve as the gatekeeper for trade promotions, ensuring all promotions adhere to approved guidelines and are executed correctly.</li></ul>Salesforce Incentive Structure<ul><li>Oversee the tracking, analysis, and maintenance of the Salesforce incentive structure. This involves ensuring that incentives are aligned with sales goals and maintaining the overall hygiene of the incentive system.</li></ul>Audit &amp; Trade Visit<ul><li>Conduct quarterly audits of distributors to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Perform at least four monthly visits to retailers to monitor performance, gather feedback, and ensure that company products are being represented accurately and effectively.</li></ul>RTM Effectiveness<ul><li>Analyze the route-to-market strategy and store classification to optimize distribution and ensure that products are reaching the right markets efficiently.</li></ul>Capability Building<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive sales capability building curriculum for the assigned channel. This involves identifying training needs, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team</li></ul>Skills/Experience:<ul><li>Educational Background: Possess a bachelor's degree, providing a solid foundation in relevant academic disciplines.</li><li>Professional Experience: Over 5 years of experience in sales management, demonstrating a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and achieving targets.</li><li>Business Acumen: Exhibit strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Proficient in data analytics and systems thinking, enabling the ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.</li><li>Financial and Business Management: Skilled in financial and business management, with the capability to oversee budgets, forecast sales, and manage financial performance.
