As Retail Sales Manager, you’ll lead the growth of our new fashion brand in Malaysia by driving retail expansion, securing new store locations, forming strategic partnerships, and executing new retail initiatives. Job Scope: <ins>Retail Expansion Strategy</ins>

<li>Develop and execuite retail growth plans aligned with brand goals.</li>
<li>Identify high-potential locations and formats (standalone, malls, consignment, pop-ups) through market and competitor research.</li>
<li>Plan short- and long-term retail rollout across key cities in Malaysia. <ins>New Store Developmenet &amp; Project Management</ins> </li>
<li>Lead new store launches from site sourcing to opening, including lease negotiations, budgeting, and timelines.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive store setup and brand consistency.</li>

<li>Secure consignment placements with department stores and multi-brand retailers.</li>
