Overview:  The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure
efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing area managers
and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing
strategies to improve performance.

• Preferably Retail Operations Manager/ Regional Manager - specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Pharmaceutical, Home and Living Retail Chain Store Retailer and Franchising.

• Leadership and decision-making ability.
