<li>Research and identify suitable candidates across platforms (JobStreet, Hiredly, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).</li>
<li>Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.</li>
<li>Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers.</li>
<li>Support the creation of content to attract young talents (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu).</li>
<li>Assist during career fairs, team events, or office culture shoot days.</li>
<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions for new employer branding ideas.</li>
<li>Prepare HR-related documents and reports.</li>
<li>Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments.</li>
<li>Any other tasks assigned by superior / Company.</li>
