Key Responsibilities:

<li>Research and identify potential candidates across platforms such as JobStreet, Hiredly, LinkedIn, and Indeed.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.</li>
<li>Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.</li>
<li>Support the creation of engaging content to attract young talents on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu.</li>
<li>Assist in career fairs, team events, or office culture shoots.</li>
<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative employer branding initiatives.</li>
<li>Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.</li>
<li>Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments.</li>
<li>Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR team or company.</li>
</ul>
