Hebe Beauty is a vibrant, international multi-brand beauty group with a strong presence across Southeast Asia. We manage brands like Y.O.U Beauty, Dazzle Me, barenbliss, lavojoy, and GLAMFIX. Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential candidates across platforms such as JobStreet, Hiredly, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Support the creation of engaging content to attract young talents on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu.
• Assist in career fairs, team events, or office culture shoots.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative employer branding initiatives.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR team or company.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Current students or fresh graduates in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 
• Passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and content creation. 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other design/video editing tools is an advantage.
