Job Description

Manage full-cycle hiring processes: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Proactively attract candidates via recruitment websites(e.g. Jobstreet, LinkedIn), social media, and industry networks.

Provide personalized career advice and maintain strong relationships with talent pools.

Collaborate with teams to streamline hiring workflows and improve efficiency.

Liaise with Direct managers to ensure accurate role requirements and timely updates.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin (written/spoken). 

1+ years in recruitment (agency or corporate HR).

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and clients.

Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws(EPF, SOCSO, Employment Act) is advantageous.

Exposure to Chinese corporate culture preferred (China HQ).

Fast learner with a passion for HR trends and tools.

Self-driven to deliver results with minimal supervision.​

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
