Content Editor Intern

Hepmil Malaysia is a digital content and creator agency that connects brands with Gen Z and young millennials with hyper-localized entertaining content. Home to pages like MGAG and Hepmil Creator’s Network, we’re looking for a Content Editor Intern who’s looking to pursue content creation as a career and make every Malaysian’s day a better one. 

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

• Assist in planning and developing social media content that speaks to the local Malaysian youth.
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas that reflect Malaysian culture, humor, and trends.

Content Creation & Execution

• Ideate and pitch fun, relatable content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Get hands-on with filming, editing, and producing videos (yes, you'll be making cool stuff!).
• Keep your finger on the pulse of trending sounds, challenges, memes, and everything viral.

Content Production

• Support scripting and production for branded campaigns.
• Shoot and edit videos that match the brief—but with your unique flair.
• Step in front of the camera when needed (don’t be shy—you could be the next MGAG star!).

Community Engagement

• Help monitor comments, feedback, and overall audience response.
• Learn how content performance can guide future posts and ideas.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. A strong interest in content creation and social media (especially TikTok & Instagram).
2. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or whatever you’re comfy with).
3. A good sense of humor, creativity, and understanding of Malaysian pop culture.
4. Someone eager to learn, experiment, and contribute ideas freely.
