Job Description

We are looking for a creative and reliable Content & Marketing Executive to bring our brands to life through strong visual content and consistent execution.

This role focuses on content creation, social media management and campaign execution, with an emphasis on quality, consistency and initiative.

You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to translate ideas into content that reflects each brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Plan, shoot and edit photos and videos for marketing use 
• Produce content across social media, campaigns and brand activities 
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style and objectives 

1. Social Media Management

• Publish and manage content across platforms 
• Write captions that reflect brand voice 
• Monitor engagement and maintain active online presence 

1. Campaign Execution

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels 
• Support events, launches and promotions 
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time 

1. Performance Tracking

• Monitor content and campaign performance 
• Provide basic insights and suggestions for improvement 

1. Organisation & Support

• Maintain content calendars and marketing assets 
• Organise files, materials and documentation 
• Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of marketing activities 

1. Initiative & Growth

• Suggest ideas for content and campaigns 
• Stay updated on trends, tools and best practices 
• Continuously improve content quality and efficiency 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or marketing 
• Strong ability to shoot and edit photos/videos 
• Proficiency in tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) 
• Familiarity with social media platforms 
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Creative, organised and self-motivated
