Job Description

General Marketing Support

• Assist in copywriting for marketing materials (event invites, emailers, ad captions, newsletters)
  
  
• Help design collaterals such as presentation decks, one-pagers, and banners
  
  
• Support internal and external events (logistics, comms, live coverage, simple creative work)
  
  
• Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitors, or campaign insights
  
  
• Track and report performance metrics for campaigns and posts
  
  
• Provide general support to the Marketing and Country Manager as needed
  
  

Content Team Support

• Edit memes, short-form videos, and other visual content for MGAG Malaysia
  
  
• Design thumbnails, social graphics, and meme templates
  
  
• Assist with shoots/recordings for online content (behind-the-scenes, setup, coordination)
  
  
• Help with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar tools)
  
  
• Brainstorm and pitch ideas that align with trends and local culture
  
  
• Support the creative process from idea to execution for quick-turnaround content
  
  

LinkedIn & Brand Presence

• Draft engaging copy for LinkedIn posts (media trends, case studies, company culture, etc.)
  
  
• Design visuals (quote cards, branded graphics, stat visuals) using Canva or similar tools
  
  
• Support research and drafting of short LinkedIn articles or content series
  
  
• Assist with scheduling, monitoring, and tracking post performance
  
  
• Contribute ideas to increase engagement and grow Hepmil Malaysia’s presence on LinkedIn

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field
  
  
• Good command of written English with a flair for clear and engaging copy
  
  
• Basic graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
  
  
• Bonus: Knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush
  
  
• Interested in content, media, trends, and LinkedIn as a professional branding platform
