Bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

Assist in liaison with relevant parties, e.g. Suppliers; Customers; Bank Officers; Auditors and Tax agent for financial and corporate related matters.

Areas of responsibility may include: AP, AR, GL, Cashflow, Bank reconciliations, Sales reports, Rebates calculations, etc

To ensure that the monthly transactions are posted accurately and on timely manner.

Ad hoc tasks: Admin duties, collect reports from other departments / parties

To perform any other ad hoc assignments/duties as and when necessary.
