Job Description

  • Assist in preparing, maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide timely and effective support to partners via various communication channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve partner inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist partners during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful integration.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and databases.
  • Enter and maintain data related to operations and other relevant metrics.
  • Assist in data analysis to identify trends and insights for operational improvements.
  • Support in generating operational reports and presentations as needed.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide input and suggestions for streamlining operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with various teams, internal and external, to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements

  

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in administrative or operational support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fintech industry operations is advantageous.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of fintech industry and products.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
