We are looking for an energetic and highly adaptable Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. Your primary focus will be driving B2B lead generation through Google Search Ads and engaging our users through Email Marketing. You will jump right in to create engaging email journeys, push out targeted campaigns, and support paid digital advertising efforts (Google Ads, Social Media Ads). Because we are a fast-moving company, this role is not strictly straightforward; you will also be supporting SEO, potential enterprise client projects, and general marketing operations. You must be open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to get your hands dirty across different marketing functions.

Digital Ads &amp; Lead Generation

<li>B2B &amp; Jobseeker Ads Management: Support the execution and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns, with Google Search Ads as the primary focus and Meta Ads as a supporting channel. While your primary focus will be driving B2B traffic and inbound employer leads, you will also occasionally run targeted B2C campaigns aimed at attracting and acquiring new jobseekers.</li>
<li>Enterprise Client Support: Assist in project-managing digital advertising needs for our Enterprise Clients, ensuring their campaigns are set up and delivered successfully.</li>
<li>Ad Space Management: Ensure consistent updates and monitoring for Monthly Premium Ad Space Rotations on our platform.</li>

Email Marketing &amp; Automation

<li>Journey Mapping &amp; Execution: Build, schedule, and manage automated email workflows and push notifications for our B2B (Employer) and B2C (Jobseeker) audiences.</li>
<li>Campaign Deployment: Handle the day-to-day execution of all email marketing campaigns, including basic copywriting, coordinating design, and ensuring accurate audience segmentation.</li>
<li>Optimisation: Continuously monitor email performance (Open Rates, Click-Through Rates) and run A/B tests to improve conversions and user retention.</li>

SEO &amp; Content Coordination
<ul>
<li>Blog &amp; Content Management: Write, format, upload, and manage articles on our Career Advice Pages, ensuring they are optimised for search engines and included in our newsletters.</li>
<li>SEO &amp; Technical Support: Assist the team with executing SEO strategies, including on-page SEO implementation, keyword optimisation and collaborate with the content/design teams to produce SEO-friendly materials for improving organic search visibility. You will also review SEO reports to identify issues and work closely with the tech team to resolve any technical SEO fixes.</li>

Data Analytics &amp; Tracking Compliance

<li>Performance Monitoring:&nbsp;</li>

<li>Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising dashboards to monitor campaign and email performance.</li>
<li>Track and optimise commercial marketing KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROI, lead generation performance, engagement metrics, and user retention. Candidates who have previously demonstrated measurable improvements in campaign performance are highly preferred.</li>

<li>Weekly Tracking: Maintain strict compliance in updating weekly performance trackers to ensure the management team has accurate data to guide strategy.</li>
