Job Description

Serving as the key link between the Business, Tech, and Product teams, this role is critical to driving the success of the transformation program. It involves leading discovery efforts on back-office processes, evaluating the functionality of legacy platforms, and ensuring global domain backlogs are aligned and complete. This position acts as the connector between global domain teams and legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.

• Overseeing the domain backlog, ensuring requirements are properly captured and communicated to the relevant teams.
• Creating clarity and alignment on deliverables within the global teams, across tech teams, and to stakeholders.
• Conducting discoveries and translating user needs to functional requirements, creating alignment from business to technical perspective.
• Ensuring the platform domain grows in a scalable, reliable and compliant structure.
• Utilizing your deep knowledge of users and technology to define end-to-end requirements/stories that are comprehensible to developers/QA.
• Supporting troubleshooting and resolving potential issues in production environment.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience within an agile environment.
• Previous experience in digital transformation and/or insurance programs are preferred.
• Degree holder of computing, engineering or business-related subjects is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of software development process and technical requirements
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven Ability to collaborate with a global team, across multiple time-zones.
• Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills.
•  Fluent in both written and spoken English.
