<li>Develop conceptual and stylistic direction and execute same for a wide variety of communications projects</li>
<li>Create campaign ideas for case studies, pitches and client presentations</li>

<li>Develop tactics which bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectives</li>
<li>Review and edit files and drive client approval process</li>

<li>Inspire, mentor and supervise junior creative staff to achieve desired outcomes</li>
<li>Understand the concept behind creative work and how it achieves client and business goals</li>
<li>Sharp eye for layout consistency for format, and amazing attention to detail</li>
<li>Excels at visual storytelling, diverse graphic design and art direction of content</li>
<li>Regularly update knowledge on design trends</li>
<li>Create highly conceptual pieces of work that achieve client and business goals</li>
