Job Description

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions including invoice verification, posting, payments, and reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes such as billing, collection, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Process and review vendor invoices, staff claims, and expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all finance-related transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and provide data for audits when required.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth finance operations.
• Continuously review and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in AP/AR or general finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
