We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager – Finance to lead group-level finance operations at our client's headquarters and oversee three other plants. This role is a successor position for the Finance Director, offering a dynamic opportunity to work with a large team of 40-45 professionals within a multinational organization.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities: 
Strategic Leadership:
<ul>
<li>Provide financial oversight and strategic direction at the group level, encompassing HQ and 3 other plants.</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior management to drive financial initiatives and optimize financial performance.</li>
</ul>
Group Finance Operations:
<ul>
<li>Manage and oversee all aspects of group finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements for a listed company.</li>
</ul>
Team Management:
<ul>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of 40-45 finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.</li>
<li>Support talent development and succession planning within the finance team.</li>
</ul>
Audit and Compliance:
<ul>
<li>Maintain relationships with external audit firms and ensure adherence to audit and tax requirements.</li>
<li>Drive internal controls and continuous improvement of financial processes and policies.</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.</li>
<li>Prepare and present financial updates to the board and management.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a CGPA of 3.00 or above.</li>
<li>ACCA qualification preferred.</li>
<li>Experience:</li>
<li>Minimum 15 years of relevant experience</li>
<li>Strong group finance operations background, preferably with prior experience in audit firms.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li>
</ul>
