<ul><p>Payroll:</p>
<ul>
<li>Process payroll for all employees on a monthly basis.</li>
<li>Calculate and ensure accurate payment of wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.</li>
<li>Verify and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, commissions, and adjustments.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in</li>
<li>pay rates or benefits.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit required payroll reports and tax filing.</li>
<li>Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Provide support for payroll-related issues, including pay discrepancies and adjustments.</li>
<li>Coordinate with finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.</li>
</ul>

<p>Recruitment / Talent Acquisition:</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including job posting/talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and conducting integrity check for shortlisted candidates.</li>
<li>Define the best and most-effective recruiting such as post advertisements at relevant recruitment website, and explore different channels for candidates sourcing.</li>
<li>Responsible for utilizing social media as a recruiting tool in order to ensure company visibility such as LinkedIn, Facebook.</li>
<li>Partner and actively working with respective hiring managers in achieving manpower requirements through recruitment initiatives.</li>
<li>Support and collaborate with hiring managers during the screening and interviewing process by providing regular status updates of the recruiting process.</li>
<li>Build relationships and partnerships with external vendors/recruiters in update and/or follow up candidates’ status.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Candidate Master-List, Interview Report, Interview Schedule and etc.</li>
<li>Assist in on-boarding and orientation programs for new hires.</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment activities including employer branding exercise, internship, career events, etc</li>
</ul>

<p>Training &amp; Development:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in learning need with department head for individual employees.</li>
<li>Sourcing of training vendors and suppliers.</li>
<li>Implementation and administration of all training programs in the plan.</li>
<li>Handle training grants such as HRDF.</li>
<li>Monitor, measure and review the effectiveness of training activities including taking charge of the pre and post training evaluation.</li>
<li>Updating and maintenance of training records.</li>
</ul>

<p>HR Operations:</p>
<ul>
<li>Execute HR Processes, initiatives and ensure compliance/adherence to HR Policies.</li>
<li>Oversee the general office space, to ensure everything is well in order, and the team is working in an optimal and safe environment.</li>
<li>Supporting and advising, in the areas of managing performance, discipline, grievance, terminations and develop appropriate strategies to drive improvements or changes to ensure consistency in employment practices.</li>
<li>Assist in managing HR-related documentation/files.</li>
<li>Support HR initiatives such as performance appraisal, employee’s activities, company dinner, team</li>
<li>building, etc.</li>
<li>Assist across research, or general HR ad hoc tasks to support the team.</li>
<li>Observe any department needs or communication methods and suggest/implement improvements where necessary.</li>
<li>To handle any ad-hoc task as assigned by management from time to time.&nbsp;</li>
