Recruitment &amp; Onboarding

<li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and preparing offer letters.</li>
<li>Source and attract candidates through different platforms.</li>
<li>Conduct onboarding procedures for new employee, including documentations, workstation setup, work kit preparation, and onboarding session.</li>

HR Operations &amp; Administration
<ul>
<li>Prepare HR letters such as employment contract, confirmation, increment, promotion, warning, termination, etc. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documents (digital &amp; physical). </li>
<li>Coordinate office administrative support, such as stationery, uniform, and ID cards. </li>
<li>Prepare HR reports for management. </li>

Payroll
<ul>
<li>Process monthly payroll and claim reimbursement. </li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in payroll-related data. </li>
<li>Handle income tax forms. </li>

Employee Relations &amp; Engagement

<li>Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries and employee matters. </li>
<li>Organize employee engagement activities, team-building, celebrations, and etc. </li>

Performance Management &amp; Training

<li>Coordinate the performance review and appraisal process. </li>
<li>Track probation confirmation and performance review timelines. </li>
<li>Plan and coordinate in-house or external training programs, and maintain training records. </li>
<li>Maintain records for HRDF claims and training grants. </li>
</ul>
HR Policy and Compliance
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update the Employee Handbook. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and related regulations. </li>
