Our Work Culture

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Executive to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee administration, and HR compliance while supporting management in building a positive and efficient workplace.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Manage employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave administration.</li>
<li>Prepare and update HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and memos.</li>
<li>Assist in payroll preparation including attendance checking, overtime, and staff claims.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).</li>
<li>Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.</li>
<li>Handle staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.</li>
<li>Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and company events.</li>
<li>Perform any ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
