Job Description

• Manage and execute the full recruitment and interview process  
• Maintain and monitor employee performance, attendance, and related records 
• Prepare, organize, and file HR documents and correspondence  
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes  
• Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and engagement activities  
• Ensure all HR operations comply with company policies and statutory requirements  
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions 

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher   
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written)  
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources   
• Familiar with recruitment, performance appraisal, and employee relations   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good documentation and data management skills   
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills   
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality
