Job Description

Overview of Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating machinery to perform grinding, laser cutting, and bending work according to plans, drawings, and process requirements. Ensure that sheet metal cutting, bending, or rolling is completed accurately and efficiently to meet production demands on time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sheet metal cutting, bending, and rolling operations based on engineering drawings and process requirements.
• Measure, mark, and prepare sheet metal materials accurately according to specifications.
• Plan and adjust cutting or forming sequences based on production schedules and work arrangements.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, angles, and shapes of finished parts meet technical standards.
• Operate machines such as band saws, laser cutters, shears, and bending machines safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment in good condition, perform daily inspections, and report abnormalities promptly.
• Keep the working area clean, dispose of waste properly, and comply with 6S management standards.
• Work collaboratively with other teams (e.g., welding, warehouse, surface treatment) to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement of machining and surface treatment techniques.

Job Requirements

• Education: High school and above (Technical or vocational school preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating band saws, laser cutting machines, shears, or bending machines.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in operating metalworking machines (band saw, laser cutter, shear, bending, rolling machines).
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and process documents.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, cutting, and bending standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong sense of safety and quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to improve skills through training.
