<li>Responsible for production operations and ensure manufacturing processes  run smoothly, efficiently and on budget.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and implement policies and standards to increase manufacturing  team output and quality of work.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for production output and yield achievement.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment, processes  technology related efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan production schedule to meet customer delivery schedule.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manpower capacity planning and improve production performance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervising the work of production team and organize relevant training  sessions to continuously upgrade the team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Initialising corrective and / preventive actions arising from customer  complaint and product non-conformance.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality  objectives.</li>
<li>Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Estimate production costs and implement cost control strategies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To review production monthly report and ensure company goals and  objectives are met.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To maintain the Quality System of ISO9001 and other customer audit  requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Enforce the implementation of 5S, project of KAIZEN and safety at the workplace.</li>
