Job Description

1. Report to Executive Director 
2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and capacity 
3. Ensure all machines, manpower, and raw materials are available to meet production targets. 
4. Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns promptly, either directly or through coordination with the maintenance team 
5. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime 
6. Coordinate the purchase and planning of raw materials based on production schedules and inventory levels 
7. Receive raw materials from suppliers according to purchase orders and ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards 
8. Ensure all raw materials received meet company and quality specifications 
9. Monitor raw material usage to minimize wastage and maintain optimal stock levels 
10. Liaise with suppliers and the purchasing department to ensure a consistent supply chain
11. Ensure that the factory environment and all products comply with relevant ISO standards 
12. Ensure production processes are carried out according to approved SOPs and documented QMS procedures.
13. Support internal and external ISO audits and implement corrective and preventive actions 
14. Collaborate with the Quality Control department to address quality issues and maintain product consistency 
15. Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness in compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) regulations 
16. Provide operational support to the Sales & Marketing team
17. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and according to specifications
18. Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of production supervisors and operators
19. Receive further instructions/directives from time to time from Executive Director
20. Machines under direct responsibility :- such as SCHNELL HOUSE ROTARY STRAIGHTENER MACHINE (RAD H4-M & RAD H6-M) ,SCHNELL HOUSE MESH WELDING MACHINE (ANG 1235) ,SCHNELL HOUSE ASSEMBLING SPACE WELDING MACHINE (SS/300 C.C.O) ,SCHNELL HOUSE NET CUTTING MACHINE (TRG 2D 4 MT), SCHNELL HOUSE BENDING MACHINE (PRE 4/S),SCHNELL HOUSE CNC WIRE CUT MACHINE (PTB400),EPS BLOCK CUTTING MACHINE (ECM-1),AIRMAN ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSOR (SAS37S),TOYOTA FORKLIFT  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Additional certification in Production Management, ISO Systems, or Occupational Safety & Health is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Analytical, organized, and proactive in resolving issues.
