<p>&nbsp;• Responsible for production operations and ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently and on budget.<br>• Develop and implement policies and standards to increase manufacturing team output and quality of work.<br>• Responsible for production output and yield achievement.<br>• Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment, processes technology related efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.<br>• Plan production schedule to meet customer delivery schedule.<br>• Manpower capacity planning and improve production performance.<br>• Supervising the work of production team and organize relevant training sessions to continuously upgrade the team.<br>• Initialising corrective and / preventive actions arising from customer complaint and product non-conformance.<br>• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.<br>• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.<br>• Estimate production costs and implement cost control strategies.<br>• To review production monthly report and ensure company goals and objectives are met.<br>• To maintain the Quality System of ISO9001 and other customer audit requirements.<br>• Enforce the implementation of 5S, project of KAIZEN and safety at the workplace.&nbsp;</p>
