<li>Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.</li>
<li>Create monthly plans to generate new business and contact potential clients regularly to maintain a sales pipeline.</li>
<li>Review existing customer portfolios regularly to maintain relationship and manage cross-sell ratios.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Stay updated on customer needs and market trends, including competitor programs and activities, to enhance the attractiveness of the program/product differentiation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulations.&nbsp;</li>
