Job Description

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including group reporting and inter-company reconciliation, in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage full sets of accounts, month-end/year-end closing, journal entries, and financial reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Coordinate with departments and subsidiaries for accurate and timely financial data, and support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, and provide recommendations based on financial performance.
• Oversee project cost tracking, budget monitoring, expenditure control, and profitability analysis, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Streamline financial processes, maintain reporting accuracy, and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and project costing.
