Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Digitization Executive to lead and support digital transformation initiatives across the institution.

You will be responsible for implementing digital strategies, managing digital tools and platforms, and ensuring the institution remains at the forefront of educational technology.

Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Develop and implement digital strategies that align with institutional goals.
• Introduce new technologies, AI, and automation to improve operations.
• Keep up with emerging digital trends and propose useful innovations.

System & Platform Management

• Manage learning systems, document platforms, and communication tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with governance policies.
• Evaluate and coordinate with vendors for digital tools and solutions.

Process & Support

• Work with IT and academic teams to digitize key workflows.
• Train and assist staff and faculty in using digital platforms.
• Track and report progress of digital initiatives for improvement.

Governance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with data protection and institutional standards.
• Support audits and accreditation with digital documentation.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

Culture & Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digitization projects.
• Promote digital literacy and continuous improvement across the institution.
• Gather user feedback to enhance overall digital experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital transformation or IT project management.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in BM, English and Chinese.
• Proficient in digital project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
