 Role Description 

1. Conduct requirements gathering and system studies to understand business and operational needs.
2. Lead and facilitate application training sessions for users and stakeholders.
3. Provide application support, configuration, and customization to meet client requirements.
4. Participate in and support end-to-end project implementation activities.
5. Perform data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
6. Prepare and maintain system documentation and reports as required.
7. Adhere to Company’s policies and compliances.
8. Complete any mandatory trainings as required by the Company.
9. Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or Management 

Job Requirements

Requirement:

1. Medical Lab Technologist / Diploma or Degree in IT related fields or equivelant.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in system implementation or application support roles. Experience in Healthcare especially Laboratory Department
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication, presentation, organisational, and planning abilities.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
6. Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a project-based environment.
7. Able to manage customer expectations with an open mind and offer solutions for the same
8. Able to manage and work with the Lab team
