Overview

Our client is a major international construction and engineering firm known for high safety standards and large-scale industrial projects across Malaysia. The Site Safety Supervisor will ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture across the Johor project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety and health procedures at project sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (DOSH, CIDB, BOMBA, etc.).
• Liaise with authorities and internal stakeholders on safety-related matters.
• Prepare safety reports, documentation, and corrective action plans.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.
• Valid Green Book (registered with DOSH).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction site safety supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on-site.
