• Receive or conduct calls to provide product information and nutritional advice to customers, to
encourage on conversion and retention of brands usage.
• Maintain records of telephonic interactions.
• Data entry and maintenance of customer databases.
• Ensure that the service delivery to customers is of excellent quality.
• Work closely with marketing/product managers to deliver brand knowledge to customers.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by supervisor.
• Persuasion -- Persuading others to change their minds or behaviour.
• Learning Strategies -- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for
the situation when learning or teaching new things.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma or Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food
Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
• Fresh grads encourage to apply – Full training provided.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Candidate must be able to converse in English / Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
