Job Description

1. Solution Design & Architecture:

• Lead the architecture design for service orchestration and fulfillment systems, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and performance.
• Develop end-to-end solutions that automate service provisioning, activation, and management for both physical and virtual network elements.
• Define and implement service orchestration workflows that align with business needs and technical requirements.

2. System Integration & Implementation:

• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to integrate orchestration platforms with network systems, CRM, billing, and other OSS/BSS platforms.
• Define data flows, APIs, and protocols for seamless interaction between the orchestration layer and external systems.
• Ensure the integration of service orchestration with network functions virtualization (NFV), software-defined networking (SDN), and cloud platforms.

3. Technical Leadership:

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams, ensuring that design and implementation meet business and technical objectives.
• Lead workshops and design sessions with key stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

4. Performance & Optimization:

• Conduct system analysis to ensure optimal performance and make recommendations for improvements in service orchestration workflows.
• Ensure that fulfilment processes are automated and optimized for quick service delivery and minimal manual intervention.

5. Compliance & Security:

• Ensure that the solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including data protection, security protocols, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

6. Documentation & Support:

• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and user documentation.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to teams during implementation and deployment phases.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in telecom or IT service orchestration and fulfilment.

3. Proven experience with OSS/BSS systems, NFV, SDN, and cloud technologies.

4. Strong understanding of service orchestration frameworks such as TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA), ONAP, or similar platforms.

5. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable for this role.
