<li>Underwrite risks in line with company guidelines and delegated authority</li>
<li>Drive underwriting profitability by analyzing and assessing the insurability of risks, including adequacy of terms and conditions in received proposals</li>
<li>Adopt a proactive and consistent approach in preparing and submitting quotations and proposals for both new business and renewals</li>
<li>Utilize underwriting tools and systems effectively for risk evaluation, submission review, data collection, storage, and analysis</li>
<li>Deliver accurate reports and data-driven insights to management and clients</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards</li>
<li>Represent the company professionally and strengthen relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners through regular engagement, technical expertise, negotiations, product presentations, and service initiatives</li>
<li>Continuously build and maintain in-depth industry knowledge, including complex program structures, policy coverages, and risk management practices</li>
