<li>Inspect welding materials, consumables, and equipment to ensure functionality and readiness before operation.</li>
<li>Conduct welding work that meets specified quality requirements and process specifications.</li>
<li>Participate in teamwork and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow within the workshop.</li>
<li>Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs of welding equipment and tools.</li>
<li>Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work area at all times.</li>
<li>Participate in training sessions and continuously improve welding techniques and work efficiency.</li>
<li>Report any abnormalities, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.</li>
