Job Description
Responsibility
- Data entry and documentation
- Book keeping and recordings (for balance sheet, P&L...)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in accounting system
- Aid in Month-end closing preparation.
- Assisting account payable and receivable
- Bank statements reconciliation, SST preparation and submissions.
- Audit assistance/support
- Generating account/financial report and submitting for audit purpose.
- Expenses management/tracking
- Recording account data and responding to accounting/finance queries on a daily basis.
- Track all payments made and perform daily checking on the bills
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks support when needed

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Full time internship for Diploma/ Degree students from Accounting/Finance related programs
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is always a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Preferable with 3-6 months internship period
