KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead and manage complex&nbsp;turbomachinery&nbsp;projects such as Air Cycle Machines, Air Foil Bearings, Liquid Cooling systems, Turbine Power Systems, Compressors and Fans which meet customer and internal requirements. from initiation to completion. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Provide expert&nbsp;technical guidance&nbsp;on&nbsp;turbomachinery&nbsp;design and analysis principles • Conduct&nbsp;advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact&nbsp;project delivery • Provide&nbsp;technical guidance&nbsp;and support to project team members • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders <h4>U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS</h4> Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as&nbsp;mechanical engineering&nbsp;or&nbsp;aerospace engineering • Minimum 10 years of experience in&nbsp;turbomachinery&nbsp;projects including design, analysis, unit assembly, test and&nbsp;data processing • Strong knowledge of&nbsp;turbomachinery&nbsp;design principles, and techniques • Experience in&nbsp;project management, including defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing project budgets and timelines • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities · Passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying at the forefront of industry advancements. • Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation • Strong&nbsp;management operating system&nbsp;that facilitates communication. The annual base salary range for this position is $146k - $183k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
