Job Description
- Oversee production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing processes that meet budget targets. - Establish and enforce policies and standards to enhance production team productivity and work quality. - Monitor production output and strive to achieve yield targets. - Maintain and enhance equipment and technology efficiency to optimize cycle times, capacity, and capabilities. - Coordinate production schedule with customer delivery requirements. - Plan and optimize workforce capacity to improve production performance. - Supervise production team activities and provide ongoing training for continuous skill enhancement. - Address customer complaints and non-conformance issues with corrective and preventive actions. - Implement quality control measures and tracking programs to meet quality goals. - Analyze production processes and quality controls to identify and resolve issues. - Develop production cost estimations and implement strategies for cost control. - Review monthly production reports to ensure company objectives are being met. - Maintain ISO9001 Quality System and uphold customer audit requirements. - Enforce workplace safety, 5S practices, and continuous improvement initiatives like KAIZEN projects.Job Requirements
- Diploma and Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/ Mechatronic or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial level with strong leadership that can lead the department.
• Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skill and basic machine functioning concept.
• Highly motivated and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with GMP, ISO 9001, customer audit will be an added advantage.
